Bent cabinet back, and applied sealant adhesive to a small gap that remained. Informed customer factory only covers that type of damage within the first 30 days. When I went to open the system to change valve and compressor there was no gas in the refrigerator. Vacuumed down and recharged and called tech light again and spoke to Leon. After recharging the unit there was a full strong frost pattern on the fresh food evaporator. No visible UV dye on fresh food or freezer evaporator or condenser or exposed copper tubing.
