The box of the product was not opened. "F8E4 float sw code detected no other codes found. Found water in the float sw, insulation had water buildup, ran dishwasher in normal cycle for about 30 minutes and no leaks were detected, not sure why insulation had water, inspected the soap dispenser to verify that it is set correctly. No leak detected from dispenser area. Unit was already uninstalled before arrival. Customer will advise if needed.Dishwasher is functioning as designed"

JB out 3/12/22. Customer states ice cubes will sometimes stick in ice shoot and then either melt and drip on the floor or dispense very quickly at next use. Also water dispenser will dribble or continue to drop water after use. Both issues are intermittent. Tested water dispenser several times and unable to verify problem today. Instruct customer when dispensing water to pause one or two moments to allow one or two drips of water which is normal to be caught in the glass. tested ice dispenser several times unable to duplicate complete today. Icemaker and water dispenser appear to be operating normally at this time. Remind customer to remove toe panel grille and vacuum Condenser coils every 2 to 3 months. no parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete

JB out 3/12/22 customer states unit runs but does not clean the dishes and leave debris at end of cycle. Tested unit in NORMAL cycle. Verified center spray arm rotates. Found water temperature of supply water is well below that if the required 120 f needed per supplied use and care guide. Found lower spray arm spray jet about 40% blocked. Removed blockage from spray jets and retested. Instruct customer water supply temperature must be no less than 120 f. Suggest purchase and use of an under the sink mounted point of use hot water heater. No parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

"Cx had water under the unit upon arrival and was worried that there may be a leak. I inspected the unit top to bottom, ran cycles and checked for leaks. I found none. I cleaned the water up right when I arrived and was here for an hour or so. No new water on the floor when I left. While inside the washer I did notice that one of the shocks was disconnected from the frame. I found its pin and reinstalled this. The unit ran much smoother afterwards. I suggested cx replace her water hoses because the only evidence I found of a leak was a dried streak down the back panel, beginning under the hot line. Closing ticket"
