Checked water source, it checked fine, but found the cold water inlet filter clogged with debris ( sand), cleared out the debris, ran diagnostics, the unit is dispensing water properly now. Customer is concerned when using the rinse and spin cycle, the unit fills, and then agitates for about one minute forty five seconds to two minutes. Called the technical department, they advised they dont have an actual chart that shows that information, but given the cycle is designed to be used on items that dont require detergent, that will be considered normal.
