"F8E1 present upon arrival. Found one of the solenoids on the valve to have a bad connection with the harness. Fixed that and fixed the valve issue. Alternatively, the unit is on a pedestal which puts it much higher than the drain pipe. According to Technical Installation Pointer #: W10608624, this is causing water to siphon back into the unit. I shared this information with the customer and informed them that the best way to fix this is to remove the washer from its pedestal. That would put the drain pipe at the proper level and would not allow any more siphoning. Unit is now working as design. Job complete."

Unit wasnt dispensing any ice. Cubes or crushed. Water was not stopping until I kept dispenser was pressed until I let about 30oz go through. The was air in the line and it works correctly now when water. Orange is for replacement of filter and red means bad filter. There is no green indication of anything on this for water reset. Case number on this call. File number is customer number and todays date. Job completed

Called techline 7734202003. Check pressure on unit low side was 8 inches in a vacuum and had no head pressure. Turned off unit and unit did equalize 45 to 50 psi. Cut off dryer dryer was full of oil and sludge back flushed unit cowboy is clear. Removed discharge line to nitrogen for discharge line 140 psi and nothing will come out of my heat loop. Unit has restriction in heat loop on the high side. Unit is being sent up for product review.
