Customer stated that unit was leaking from dispenser in front of door. Checked bellows on door and noticed that there was a lot of dog hair and that the dog hair was really thick and course. Also noticed that unit was not level and was tilting forward. Raise front legs and secure front legs so Unit is tilting back. Tested unit multiple times filled washtub halfway full of water and no leaks. Dispenser did not leak at all either. Advise customer that they need to make sure that the door glass in Bellows are kept clean of dog and cat hair because this will cause the front of the door to leak on a regular basis. Also informed customer that unit tilting forward can cause dispenser to drip or leak water. Tested all functions of this machine and it is working properly again advise customer to clean dog hair from Bellows in front of door. Only received one of the Bellows did not have to only one
