"Upon arrival cx states unit has clumping ice and food freezing in RC and crisper drawers. Measured thermistor in ice water and at 32f thermistor at 7.5 ohms. This could be concern for over cooling in RC. Due to age of unit damper controls could be leaking, cheapest repair is to replace thermistor first and see if that fixes freezing. Ice maker mold leaking when harvesting and ice maker needs to be replaced. PARTS 204.94 LABOR 187.90 (if ice maker not approved by cx thermistor install @ 89.99 labor.) SERVICE CALL 115 TTOTAL 527.31. Cx paid 115 check. Full quoted repair amount due is 412.31. If cx only wants thermistor installed amount due is 126.52. If damper controls need to be replaced max labor is 187.90 and crisper damper assembly’s 60 each main damper 200."

Customer was complaining of washer not running and the door is locked. I checked the unit and there was a F9E1 code (Long Drain). I ran a quick diagnostic test and the pump was stuck. Replaced the Drain Pump (WPW10605427). Tested ok.
