JB out 3/11/22. Customer say certain packages stored in the freezer have frost and ice crystals inside the plastic wrap. Upon arrival verified freezer slightly overloaded. Found several packages containing ice crystals and frost inside plastic wrap products. Instruct customer this is a normal occurrence for any make model or brand refrigerator freezer one foods wrapped in plastic have air trapped inside. Air carries moisture moisture freezes into ice crystals. Only by using a vacuum seal device which removes the air from packages can one completely alleviate ice crystals building up inside wrapped packages in the freezer. Unable to verify any other mechanical problem. No parts needed. No charge to customer. Job complete

The customer has been waiting since August for this switch . I checked the operation of the fan switches because the part was in an opened and retyped box. I looked for evidence of this being a used part but found nothing substantial. Removed old switch a portion had to be damaged for removal. Rewired new switch into the harness. Plugged in the vent hood and found the light was on even though the switch was off. Removed switch assembly and found it closed no mater what position the switch was in. Could not reinstall the old part so I disconnected the lights. The unit will need a new switch installed. w10851619 ; ordrng 1 W10851619 (Control)

"Customer is concerned the right fresh food compartment door gasket is ripping. Upon inspecting the gasket found the gasket is in good condition, the piece ripping, is the excess flap on the side. The gasket is making a good seal, the magnet is not exposed. Advised the customer the issue is just cosmetic at the moment. Provided an estimate to replace the door gasket, customer declines the repair at this time. Cut excess damaged gasket piece."
