"Unit is still periodically indicating a F2E1 stuck keypad code. Techline advised technician to verify proper polarity at the outlet used. Checked both outlets for polarity to ground. Outlets have 120v from hot to ground, 120v from ground to neutral is non existent. 120v from neutral to hot exists. Outlet to the range is wired correctly, contacted techline to report my findings. Techline stated that customer should be receiving a call regarding the next step. SR # 7734054408"
