Cleared debris from air gap device and tested operation again. Verified full flow drain operation now. Removed cold water supply hose. Found fill valve screen plugged with debris preventing cold water from entering washer.Cleaned debris from cold water inlet valve screen. Tested operation again with customer. Washer now operates and fills with cold water. Recommend customer replace existing hot and cold fill holes as they appear to be old and make crack or flood. Remind customer fill hoses are not part of the washing machine and are not covered under the warranty. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete

"Customer reports the unit is not drying properly, it takes multiple cycles to dry one load. Ran a timed cycle at high temperature, the unit short cycled. Removed the vent hose, placed a thermo coupler, and allowed the unit to cycle. The unit would cycle on and off at 120F to 160F. The vent hose connects to the wall, inside the wall the vent tube was not round but rectangular shaped about two by four inches. Advised the customer the venting tube inside the walls of the building might be clogged with excessive lint accumulated inside, not allowing the unit to vent out properly. Upon arrival found unit with high temperature on the RC causing failure. Check the installation of the gasket and notice the installation was wrong causing the left door no closing correct. Reform the gasket on the left door. Retest the unit and unit now is closing properly. Job complete
