WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW1 Removed and replaced control unit. Not able to calibrate not sure why. Only error code pops up f7e5 shifter fault. No obstruction any where moves freely as designed. Needs new console when going to test 14 heavybagitation just shuts off. Lid lock light sometimes won’t come on not sure if normal bring ing switch too. WASHER MAYTAG MHW6630HW1 See my office notes. The rear cover was rubbing up against the drive rotor bolt. It appears the rear cover was not completed properly. The cover has been embossed backwards so it rubs up against the rotor motor bolt. Hammered out the back panel to reverse the embossment. The washer tested good.
