Upon arrival the customer was complaining of wet towels at the end of the cycle as well as a noise like there is a coin or a metal ball in there that spins around. In the use and care guide on page 22 it talks about the balance system and how it will make those noise. The unit had an over setting fault code and was set to a 2X concentration of soap. The customer was using a 6X concentration of soap. Called Bruce at tech-support and he confirmed that the noises from the Unit are normal. Bruce from tech-support also confirmed that having the unit set to the wrong concentration of soap will Leave Loads wet and soapy. Per Bruce at tech-support there’s nothing wrong with the unit. The unit Has to be used properly in order for it to function properly
