"On arrival cx states food freezing in rc and door handles are loose, found cracked door handles which are considered cosmetic, without the handles the doors can still be opened and closed, food freezing due to shelf liners cx installed that are oversized causing air to be trapped on the upper shelve and cannot mix properly in the air flow mixing zones creating an average temp in rc section. Advised cx to keep product on clear portion of rc shelves and not on the white boundary portions, this will allow for proper air flow and air mixing from input air from fc section.cx should contact customer care for cosmetic warranty on door handles."

There is no burn area inside the dryer cavity. Air flow to the outside vent is restricted. It goes from aluminum flex vent into the wall behind the dryer and it is metal flex tubing outside. Neither tubing is solid and the venting is most likely restricted with water. This would explain the high amount of steam exiting the house and the slow dry times. Can not verify what is restricting the air flow because the venting is in the wall.Left the dryer in a time dry to try and remove any moisture in the vent
