Inspected the units rollers,and pulleys, they all checked fine. Re assembled the unit, ran a couple of cycles, allowed the unit to work for some time, the unit was no longer noisy. "JB out 3/17/22 customer states unit sometime burns foods being heated. Sometime unit shuts off. Tested bake and broil functions. Verified oven control heats to selected temperature then cycles off. Unit continues to heat properly. Ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Tested oven again in bake mode. Verified unit heats, cycles off and cycles back on appropriately. Check oven calibration and found factory offset of 0. Verified customer does not place foil on the oven bottom. Unable to duplicate complaint today. No parts used, no repair made.JOB COMPLETE"

Found no error codes stored on the unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions tested properly. I preformed a suspension test and it passed. I raised the leveling legs to lower the unit as much as possible to help reduce vibration. I then recalibrated the main control. All functions tested properly. Job completed

Found unit not draining correctly found that the dishes are normally wet also looked and saw that the unit was in a preset mode checked out drain found the drain needed to be rerouted water was going back into the unit causing the drain not to completely drain all the way out so it had standing water at the bottom of the sump area check wash drain in settings unit is now running correctly. Unit is now running correctly after taking preset setting off and instructed customer to change the way the drain hose was routed customers going to get that taken care of if he needs anything else customer will get back to us job complete

There are at least 2 jeans 2-sweatshirts socks underwear and other garments of different weights and clothing types. The customer is not using he detergents. The load removed from the unit is about 3 different loads. Nit operating as designed.
