Unit has a sealing issue on gas line. Gas company said the leak is by valve control. I dont see cross threading but doesnt mean its not there. There is sealer on both ends of gas line. They are pressure fitting type line not straight pipe were it doesnt need sealer. WB21X38548 valve control assembly. Customer went and got a new line and fitting. Tested and checked and found no leak at this time. Explained to customer about the sealer and knows about it. Cleaned up both ends and installed oven back in its place. Home Depot was working with customer and gave her a line kit for it. Job completed
