Checked for faults and ran a service test. Unit showing a 4-3(restricted air flow) Air reading is 1. Called WPTS (7729604159) who said depending on the load it is not uncommon for some items to be damp especially if it is a mixed load. They recommended timed dry for these loads. The air flow through the unit is good but slows when the dryer is connected to the wall. This will cause longer dry times and poor drying. WPTS said to clean the electrodes. Cleaned electrodes. Instructed customer to have their house vents checked and to shorten their vent ducting which is looped and has a 90 angle right out of the dryers exhaust.

Inspected unit and found the safety bi metal is open. This is the second occurrence according to the customer. Found the harness connections loose.
