Found the upper spray arm no longer attached to the unit. Customer received it that way. The retainer was not in the unit so I suspect manufacturer for the missing part. I replaced the retainer and upper spray arm and all functions tested ok. No error code stored. Job completed.

Found the right rear valve not aligned properly so the valve cant be pressed in to turn on. I was able to remove the screws that hold the manifold in and realigned it. After doing so all four knobs are out the same distance and they can now all be turned on. Job completed.

Found the unit had two different error codes. First was a f9e1 error code. The second was a f3e3. I ran a diagnostic cycle and the function of the valve and the pump tested ok. I replaced the valve because of the shorted temp sensor. Valves are all working and unable to verify any issues with the drain pump. It is working properly. Job completed.

After replacing all parts ordered the original one had a e5 error code. Bad thermistor on ice maker. So I ran a diagnostic cycle to check for functionality of new parts and all tested ok and no leaks from valve or hoses. After running diagnostics test I reset the power so it clears the code. All functions tested properly and job completed.
