We had thought the machine was not getting water, but actually it was not draining water. Cruz ran it through some cycles and checked the hoses for sand that might be causing obstruction. I used the machine for 2 loads and then it remained locked and water didn’t drain. It seemed the wash cycles were out of sync. I had purchased the extended warranty so there was no cost for my appointment.

It took 2 appointments to fix my dryer door. When I called for the appt., I explained that my dryer door would no longer shut. It is a simple part. The first repairman came with out the part. It took another 5 days for them to replace it. I talked to management, supposedly, and he said it was a miscommunication. It was very irritating.

Lowe's Dryer repair/a disaster!

This has taken months: 1st the quarantine, then the service to decide what was wrong, then the part didn't come in. Once the "repair" was supposedly completed, the dryer still DOES NOT WORK!!!! I'm at a loss for words, other than to say I want a new, working dryer!!!!!

The technician told me that even if he wanted to repair my unit he couldn’t because unit is to old and no parts are available. When I enquired about repairs I gave the make model and serial number. At that point they could have told me that parts weren’t available and they repair visit wasn’t necessary. I payed $115.00 for a visit that wasn’t necessary. Thanks for nothing 😠

The person who came to the house was excellent.

The service person was professional and quick. He came the first time and figured out the issue. Explained it and told me he needed to order the parts. Told me approximately when he would return. Came at the time he was supposed to. The only issue I had was the scheduling of the appointment. I made the appointment on line after being offered a morning or afternoon appointment. I chose morning and was called the day prior after scheduling my time off and told they would be there in the afternoon. Then during the time before they were supposed to arrive called and told it would be at least an hour later. The service person was awesome. When they came back I was called and told parts came in and asked when I would like to schedule, told there was a Saturday available. I chose that. Friday I was called and told they couldn’t make it until Thursday. When asked I got an attitude from the person scheduling and she actually hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else who gave me to a supervisor. My only frustration was the lack of respect for my time and schedule.

Yes I appreciate Francisco's expertise. I contacted the Warranty group because the refrigerator part of the refrigerator had been progressively getting warmer and ruining several items that had been stored. on 5/15 Francisco found that relay clicking off and evap fan not running to order parts and surprise to me svc pointer that needed a relay kit to avoid fire. On Saturday 5/23 Francisco here to remove and replace relay kit and evap fan motor. He said give about 5 hours for the refrigerator will be cool enough. Sunday slightly cooler, Monday, Tuesday not any cooler, Call to Appliance Repair Specialist to report warm fridge section, told to contact Warranty #. I purchased a refrigerator/ freezer thermometer and found Freezer -20 frosty accumulation on cartons and items in freezer, Fridge 66 degrees...Call to Warranty Thursday 5/28 to open a new Service request. Awaiting follow up visit this Tuesday June 2. Appreciate and hopefully something can be successfully be rectified. Thank you.

Technician Great - Timeline Not Great

Our manufacturer contracted with ARS to complete the repair. We gave all of the necessary information to the manufacturer, and again to ARS in the initial call. First appointment for a technician to come out was 10 days out. The day before the appointment, ARS called to say parts were ordered and they wouldn't be in until the following Tuesday, can we reschedule for then? Chose to have ARS come out anyways, as we weren't sure the right parts were ordered and didn't want to delay longer. Appointment was scheduled from 12-3, Technician arrived at 5:08. Technician listened to what happened, decided what was going on, and said the parts on order were not all correct. Additional parts needed were not local and would not have until the following Friday. 15 minutes after he arrived, he was on his way to the next customer. A week later, service tech calls to ask if anyone will be around to assist in removing the oven as he doesn't have the oven jack. We let him know someone will be there to help. He arrives in the service window this time, completes the repair, and the oven is working again. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Wish the company had had us speak with a tech in the first place as he did not need to come to our house to diagnose the issue. Could have saved time and money for all.

I have had an awful experience trying to get my washing machine fixed. It is a brand new washing machine and it is making a Noise right before the spin cycle. “Patrick said “ I would have to wait through a whole cycle to hear it and I’m not doing that” He also said “ It’s probably just an imbalance of the detergent, the noise is probably normal, it’s Saturday anyway so I won’t have anything to fix it, you will just have to call Urners next week” This was after he didn’t call prior to coming Even though I had called that morning to make sure he was coming and gave the person my number. Then when I called them on it, they said they called my daughters number which was the alternate number, which was a lie. They never called. I have never had such bad service and I do not believe has a clue what to do to fix my washing machine

Actually this morning 5/27/2020 I called into ARS, because is these last days since repair 5/23, it seemed the freezer was uber freezing (frost on the items in freezer). yet the refrigerator seemed a little cooler yet not the normal cool. The technician was not given a convenient window to arrive. He said that he was heavily booked but this was very inconvenient for me. On his final visit of four attempts, he arrived 3 hour after the scheduled time. If he is over scheduled, this created very frustrating customer service. Izzy is a nice man who tries but couldn’t this have been resolved more quickly? Maybe, this was just a complicated repair. Also, I was NOT provided with a receipt for the sensor which he installed on the final visit. Please send it to me.

Kitchen Aid generously covered the repairs; however the service failed to order the necessary parts until I inquired regarding the delay. There also was lack of communication regarding the assignment of 2 technicians. FREEZER JENN-AIR JBZFL24IGX00 "On arrival ran diagnostics, ice maker would not go through harvest cycle, it would not move at all, except once, but it stopped in the upside down position. Ice maker did have cubes in the mold. Attempted to run ice maker diagnostics a few times, no ice maker response. Called tech line, they suggested to check the wiring connections at the main control board. Disconnected harnesses at cabinet right in front of main board, checked continuity for yellow and green wires (position sensor) wires checked fine. Ran diagnostics again, ice maker went through harvest no problem with Pass as the results. Possible loose harness connection. SR# 7729552365."
