"I was able to open the top of the unit today since I had the replacement screws with. What I found was the front left orifice holder was completely unscrewed from its gas valve. Every time his burner was used, gas was leaking around the knob area. There was no damage to any of the connecting points. I was able to re attach the tubing and tighten it down without issue. Retested for leaks and found none. I didnt need any of the parts ordered except for the screws. Returning those. Job complete."
