"Diagnose the unit and found the unit was not heating, disassembled back panel and tested all thermostat components all had good readings and were getting 240 checked power from timer and had good readings. Put back panel back on and disassembled the tub and inspected the motor switch harness, found that the harness was slightly unplugged at the very top allowing the motor to turn but not having the connection for the heater element.
