"On arrival I uninstalled evaporator cover, unit was completely frosted over, used steamer and hot water to defrost units evaporator, it took over 1 hour to defrost unit. replaced and installed control board, and UI, unit tested okay, I advised to customer to let unit regulate it self overnight to reach proper temperature, unit is operating as designed at this time of service...job complete"
