Checked drain pan, drain pan checked clean. Called tech line, they suggested to check the defrost heater, to make sure it was not touching anything that would give off any smell when in defrost cycle, defrost heater was cleared from everything. When the unit is started there is a glow behind the upper control from arcing. The units fuse does not open. Called WPTS (7729539109) and was told to replace the capacitor and the diode.
