In warranty. Cx complaint that the washer will not spin the cloths. The only fault code is an F5E4 which is a door not opening between cycles. I ran a load of wet cloths and the washer shook on the pedestal. There are rubber damping pads under the washer but when the unit is in a medium spin the dampers can not absorb the vibration. There are no legs to level and lock on the pedestal or the washer. This is an installation issue.

"Complaint is rinse cycles are too short for a rinse and refresh lysol product that requires at least 15 minutes for the product to work , tested the unit also instructed customer was using the wrong soap detergent strength level. Add it on 2 which is a two times strength instead of six, which is higher recognition of soap adjusted dispenser for the customer. Also customer complaint this washer wont work with what they want to use it for because of the dispenser being a self dispenser of soap, so she cannot do a wash cycle that has a 15 minute wash cycle and put the rinse and refresh Lysol product in due to the unit only having a self dispense soap assembly. Customer instructed properly that this machine will not work with what the product that theyre trying to use, and it is working as designed now at this time and the soap levels are Set correct now."
