Installed parts and tested when I turned on the RR burner there was a short in the switch I just installed . The breaker was tripped . The breaker that was tripped and that restored power was a single 50 amp breaker that was not connected physically to the other line. The unit has rodents that has chewed the insulation but I do not see chewed wires. When I check the burners to ground I do not see any shorts. There is a surface light that stays on all the time that only goes out when the triple burner connection to the CKT is disconnected. There is no cell reception so tech support is not currently an option . I will need to speak with supervisors to see how they want me to proceed with this repair. This unit will need additional parts and either tech support made available or a supervisor will need to be present.; schdld next appmnt for 5/18 SAT AM
