Found the customer showed me a video of the entire refrigerator turning off and on. I entered diagnostic and verified heater operation and bi metal state and it was closed so the heater functioning just fine. I ran all dc components individually and none of them turned the unit off. Possibly a loose connection at control so I accessed the connection and made sure all connections were inserted properly. I wiggled the power code and the unit stayed on consistently. Set unit to 8 hour defrost cycle for better defrosting. All tested ok after repair. Job completed.

"Dryer has 6 support rollers. Replaced idler pulley, belt, and support rollers. Cleaned shafts, base, and motor. Tumbling properly at this time. Heat cuts off in 10 seconds. Found vent still restricted, vent hose crushed under gas connector. Instructed customer to call duct cleaning service back to clean duct thoroughly, replaced vent hose( no foil ), install elbow. Complete.; used 1 WPW10314173 (Support roller) from stock"

7734442850. I installed the main control and still have the same issue. Called tech line again and went through more troubleshooting and found main wire harness to be the issue. The main harness is discontinued and NLA. I removed the new control from the unit and reinstalled original. Unit is none repairable. Please reach out to customer for refund of control and labor to install control. Job completed.
