This is a ongoing situation. I replaced the evaporator but before that I pressurized the unit and checked for leaks from all loc ring and no leaks found. I replaced the evap and vacuumed out the cycle. I changed to 7.75 oz of 134a. Pressure when I left was 0 on the low side and 130 on the high side. It will take 24 hours to get back to normal temps. Changed the 135 on last visit because it was passed the 30 day warranty. The unit was still in the 90 day warranty for sealed system repair so only charging trip and diagnostic.

"Cx states long dry times or too hot. Checked performance of igniter and burner assembly. Cx also states AF displays when dryer used. Exhaust ducting outside unit is restricted and causing airflow issues, but thats not the only issue causing dryer to to dry properly. Igniter will glow and gas will open on initial start but after initial start, igniter will glow but gas will not come back on. Checked for continuity on flame sensor. Flame sensor has continuity. Thermal fuse has continuity. Outlet thermistor resistance within range. Thermal cut off fuse and high limit thermistor have continuity. Gas coils within resistance range. Verified that there isnt an obstruction within dryer. Checked for error codes. F4e5(high limit) and f4e3(restricted airflow) error codes present. Only thing left is or flow obstruction. Unit operating as designed. Informed cx to have exterior exhaust vent serviced. Job complete"
