"JB out 9/8/23 customer states during spin cycle washer. She shakes violently and water actually walks forward and hits the metal post in front of it . Upon arrival tested washing machine in drain and spin cycle. Allow washer to complete the cycle verified no shaking or vibration. Machine did not walk forward, but is sitting against the metal pipe. advise customer to evenly load close around the agitator when loading the washtubs this will help prevent off balance condition. further advised, sometimes even the most evenly loaded balance load will sometimes my grade off balance when this happens the cycle should be paused, and the clothing should be redistributed evenly around the agitator. Relocated washing machine about 4 inches back away from the post. Ran spin cycle again and verified machine. Does not shake or vibrate and does not walk. No parts required. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Installed hinge. Tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

When the unit is turned off the unit light will come on. Loose neutral on back harness was loose. Reset connection.

Replaced ice maker and installed a water pressure reducer

Customer concerns: wet clothes. Washer not draining. Installed drain pump. Operation tested as designed. ; used 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) from stock

Unit not drying. I found that the venting in the house has a restriction. Airflow out dryer is normal. Flame is normal with vent disconnected and lint is building up on door with vent connected. Customer to call builder to correct as its new construction.

After replacing the faulty compressor I vacuumed out the system and recharged to 4.16 oz of r134a. all function tested ok and temps are dropping. Job completed

"JB out 9/8/23. Customers concern of water does not feel well enough water. Customer states that intermittently the dispenser drawer for detergent and fabric softener, sometimes leave the fabric softener and detergent in the drawer, even after the end of the cycle. Advise customer when normal wash is selected, the machine is designed to deliver a very, very small amount of water into the wash tub. Typically around 2 to 4 inches high from the bottom of the wash tub maximum only. This is normal and required by law is the normal wash light. When selecting heavy duty cycle or white cycle, towels, cycle or bulky items cycle and selecting cycle modifier DEEP FILL only of those above listed cycles, the machine during the course of the wash cycle will add more water about half a tub full. This is by design. Tested washer in Heavy Duty cycle and DEEP FILL option selected verified the water in the tub did fill to about 1/2 tub of water. See quick pic photo.Inspected detergent dispenser drawer assembly. Found detergent compartment siphon cap not properly installed. Corrected alignment on cap. Tested operation. Verified dispenser. Fills and syphons empty. Also tested Dispenser or Operation and Found operating correctly at this time. Unable to verify any mechanical problem, other than the misalignment of the detergent dispenser syphon Cap. Advise customer unable to find or verify any other Defect at this time. "JB OUT 9/8/23. Customer states unit will not spin and is smoking when it tries to spelling. Upon arrival found unit not connected or hooked up to water ordering. Customer was kind enough to connect water hoses. Drain line and electricity. Tested unit in spin cycle. Verified tub is locked and unit does not spin, belt is burning. Removed water hoses for water pump. Verified no foreign objects within water pumps. Inspected helix verified operating until pulley. Is lifted up then drive unit locks. I am able to turn into a spin basket by hand, but with great force, indicating a foreign object between the spin basket and outer tub. Per speed, queen warranty to the first single-family, household, consumer or by warranty transfer to new owner if the unit is operated in multi use, setting or commercial application the unit limited warranty is three years parts warranty. Only labor coverage is not included in this limited warranty. Alliance, laundry systems is not responsible for clothing or machine damage caused by foreign objects placed in the unit..There is a foreign object logs between the spin basket in the outer tub preventing the unit from spinning. Refer customer to customer service for resolution"

Installed new valve and verified everything working as designed. Did not notice any leaks from new valve.

Wobbly noise during dry cycle. Pulled front apart and found blower wheel was loose on the motor. Tightened and retested. Noise gone.

Unit sudsing up really bad in clean washer cycle. Cx has very soft water. Per rich at tech support the suds are caused by the soft water. He recommends using only 1/6 of amount of and 1/4 of the afresh. Unit functions normal at time of service. Suds are caused by the soft water. No fault to machine. Rich 7737283883
