"File number 7733655618. Cx concerned that the unit is using too much detergent from load and go. Called techline to get information on amount of loads. The unit did seem to empty the load and go reservoir slightly too fast so we changed the setting to use less detergent. This should fix the issue. If called back on it, techline suggested replacing he board. Alternatively, i found an F3E2 in stored memory. I made a quick adjustment to the pressure hose at the board to correct this. There was a slight pinch there. Cx will let us know if the soap issue is resolved."
