"JB out 6/6/22 upon arrival round diaglostics and extracted only one stored error code F5 E3 indicating unlock failure. Cleared stored error code and tested unit in spin and drain cycle no clothes. Verified unit reached full speed spin. Canceled cycle. Ran load of towels in Towels cycle (no detergent). Allowed towels to become soaking wet and heavy. Selected Drain and Spin.observed entire cycle without disturbing. Observed unit did reach full spin speed ad did successfully extracted water from towels leaving the ready for the dryer. Found customer using NON he detergent. Advised use of he detergent.and very, very small amounts. Typically one teaspoon. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Inspected unit and found it not defrosting correctly. Removed evaporator panel and found the thermostat was closed. Checked resistance of the element and found it out of range. Cleared evaporator of frost and cleaned up the connections at the element connection. After this the element measured 22 ohms. Forced defrosted and found power to the element. Ran through the service test and found the units components are checking ok. Informed customer to monitor the unit and to report if frost begins to appear on the evaporator cover again. There is no test to check wether the control is entering defrost correctly so I can only check for power when manually initiated which checks the CKT to the defrost heater. I do not find any air leaks that would explain the defrost issue. I suspect that there was just a bad connection at the element . There might potentially be a control issue but only letting the unit run will check this . Called WPTS (7733814487) Found the FC LEDS are completely out and the RC LED are not fully lit. Unit needs 2 LEDS which need to be identified and replaced.

JB out 6/6/22. Customer states unit does not fill up with enough water. Upon arrival found unit unplugged from electrical outlet and unit cabinet not leveled. Took quick pic photograph of model number serial number tag and unit itself. Customer plug-unit into electrical outlet using a very long extension cord. Advised customer against using any extension cord as this could cause the electrical component failure and may void the manufacturer warranty. Observed correct water fill function for regular normal wash cycle. Unit is agitating and operating as designed. Advise customer this is an HE or high-efficiency washing machine which is designed to fill with a very small amount of water. ran unit selecting bulky items normal wash cycles with deep water setting selected. Unit does feel wastub with a higher but not full water level. This is normal. Ran diagnostics extracted no stored fault codes. Unable to verify any mechanical problems. No repair made. Advised customer of one time courtesy no charge on a new defect phone service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete
