Unit wasnt responsive but when unit went into diagnostics it had a mind of its own. Started to wash and the drain. Main board issue. Replaced main board and ran a full diagnostics test and calibration test. All passed and unit is now working correctly. Sensing fills washes and agitator working and spins and drains correctly. Job completed.

Remove door. Reinstalled inner and outer door panels correctly. Reinstall door. Reinstalled dishwasher. There was a shim or piece of wood that was sticking out from cabinet that would not allow me to put in dishwasher completely flush with cabinets or adjust it to gap on either side was the same. Advises to customer and he said he would have his contractor reinstall it and move remove shim or piece of wood

arrived @ home and CX states no water from dispenser and no ice production.Removed toe plate and confirmed water from brass valve only trickles Pulled refrigerator out from enclosure and found the waterline @ the wall in the on position.Again confirmed no water out of wall/ turned valve handle off and then back on and debris spit out from the hose. Used big bowl and flushed water line from wall several times.Ran water line to ref and now have water from dispenser as designed.Installed ref into enclosure and again tested dispenser and ops as designed. Leveled unit and CX is happy with install. Job complete

Checked operations complain as the unit didnt spin and seemed like it was agitating too slow checked operations found that the unit actuator cam Assembly pulley net was loose as a result unit wasnt working correctly tighten everything up customer instruct also on proper operations of the unit and soap distribution
