"Ran a normal cycle a couple of times, allowed unit to fill and wash for a few minutes. Cancelled cycles, unit did not leak during the wash or drain portions of the cycles. Unable to reproduce leak, but found a tea bag stuck by the door, in the float switch vicinity. Tea bag might have been interfering with the float switch, or creating some kind of bridge/ path for the water to leak underneath the door. Advised customer how to load the unit properly, to avoid placing items that would divert the water towards the front. Unit is working as designed at the time of service. No leaks."
