"Door mullion not working properly, the customers floor is not leveled underneath the unit (rocks very easily). Because the floor not being leveled, the units frame is not 100% squared. Door handles are loose. Pointed the floor issue to the customer, advised them the floor needs to be addressed for best results. Raised left front foot,tightened door handles. Checked ops, the door mullion is engaging the catch better, and is opening and closing properly, the unit still rocks side to side easily, but it is because the homes flooring underneath the unit. Customer was blocking air ways by pushing items all the way against the rear wall, educated the customer on air flow inside the unit, and advised them not to push the items all the way against the rear wall."

"Customers complain is condensation on the glass in the fresh food sections called tech line because temperatures are good doors are ceiling good, he let me know that the dewpoint there in Port Hueneme is it above 75% dewpoint anything above 60% dewpoint will cause extreme amount of condensation inside especially with no air conditioner which customer does not have, operating ok now at this time"
