Verified foreign object lodged inside water pump stuck in impeller blade preventing pump from turning. Advised customer General Electric factory warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one years from date of purchase but not COD estimate. Recommendation water pump must be removed from washing machine disassembled and foreign object removed then reassembled and reinstalled. No repair me today. No parts used My money collected. "Tested unit. Unit not filling with water. Issues with dishwasher are due to improper installation. Adapter was used to connect dishwasher to outlet. All mayor appliances, including dishwashers should always be connected directly to outlet. Drain hose was also installed incorrectly. Drain hose was cut and modified to be installed directly into garbage disposal. This can cause syphoning and other related draining issues. Per California code, all dishwashers should have an air gap installed. Drain hose, supply line, and power cord are all running down the middle of cxs cabinet rendering that cabinet unusable. Unit operating as designed at this point in time. Job complete."

JB Out 6/15/22. Install replace a blower wheel and motor. Note blower wheel WP 697772 was not sent to technician JB. Technician JB used blower wheel WP697772 from truckstock truck number 19. Part to be replenished. Reassembled unit after vacuuming out Lint accumulation. Advise customer exhaust dusting leading to roof of house is restricted and or blocked it is not allowing machine to vent properly. Recommend against using this ducting as lint accumulates in the burner area and may eventually catch fire. It is the homeowners responsibility to verify and assure that ducting is correctly installed and is not restricted. No charge to custom. Job complete; used 1 WP697772 (BLOWER WHEEL) from stock
