"Units temperature checked fine. The customer was placing items blocking air ways by pushing them all the way against the rear wall. Advised the customer to prevent pushing all the way against the rear wall to prevent creating cool zones within the fresh food compartment. The damper door motor was a little noisy. Replaced damper door assembly. Checked units ops, the unit is working as designed."

Customer stated that the resident said the cycle stopped mid cycle and left clothes wet. I put unit into diagnostic cycle and found error codes for off balance loads. I cleared codes. I ran test cycle in diagnostics and unit passed. Instructed management that load sizes have to be large enough for cycle to complete. Only comforters up to king should be washed and if rugs are going to be washed make sure to have other clothes with them and that the rug doesnt have any rubber backing as this makes them not washable. All tests good.
