"The unit is not dispensing ice, when the ice paddle is pressed, the ice door opens, the control board clicks, but no voltage present at the dispenser motor. Checked continuity of the wires inside the door, they checked fine. Checked for voltage at the control board at P3-7 to P3-8, none present. Called the technical department, and was advised to replace the main control board. Provided an estimate for the repair to the customer, they decline the repair at this time. JB Out 10/11/22. Found refrigerator plugged in lights operating but unit not running and not cooling. Used GE NEWFI diagnostic tool to determine unit was accidentally set in DEMO MODE. Unplugged unit for one minute. Plugged unit back in and verified unit is now in NORMAL MODE and is cooling properly. Verified recently customer installed water filter is NOT AN RFID WATER FILTER. recommend customer purchase a genuine GE water that has AN RFID TAGE AND DATE ON IT. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
