"Customer states the IM does not make much ice, when it dispenses sometimes it will crush when whole ice is selected. The water dispenser drips and will fill the drip tray. Showed the customer the ice bin and crush arms. Explained that the ice bin is small compared to his last unit and that occasionally ice is forced through the crush arms if multiple cubes going through the chute cause some ice to get caught in these arms. The water drip was present when I was there. The volume and steadiness of the drip makes me feel water is bypassing the valve. Replaced valve."
