The defrost cycle goes full term in diagnostic. When I removed the vent cover I found ice build up around the heat exchanger. When ice builds up it is a leak in the seal system

Cycled unit and can hear noise complaint coming from the back. Found family hitting housing causing failure. Compressor is overheating. Cool down unit and properly secured and installed fan blade and housing. Re-tested unit compressor is now cooling and fan is running with no faults. Job complete

"Checked the unit , customer had to turn the unit off for a time , and the water Reservoir at the connector froze over causing the unit not to fill with water anymore until I cleared it out tested operations reset controls to proper temperature settings advise customer not to touch controls to make it colder because this reservoir could freeze over again if they do"
