"Freezer drawer not closing properly, door gasket not making contact with the cabinet. Ice build up inside the freezer is not allowing the drawer to slide all the way back. Removed the ice buildup, checked the door ops, the door closed properly, the gasket is making a good seal throughout the perimeter. De iced the entire freezer compartment. Advised the customer to make it a habit to grab the freezer door handle at the middle when opening or closing, to apply pressure to the door when closing, to ensure the door is closed all the way. The unit is working as designed."
