"Freezer light not turning on on arrival. Upon inspecting the unit, found freezer light switch was iced in place. Ice around switch and door. Defrosted the ice switch and door. Light is working as designed now. Instructed customer to make it a habit to grab freezer door handle from the middle when opening or closing, to prevent sliding track mechanism to become off track, not allowing for gasket to make 100% contact with the cabinet when closing the drawer. Inspected door mechanism and gasket, unit checks fine."

"On arrival wash tub/basket assembly leaning to the rear right. Upon inspecting the unit found rear right suspension rod had come off the unit. The rod had come off during use, so the tub had scrapped against the cabinet. Balance ring on spin basket had some plastic shaving along the top due to it rubbing against the top cover. Top cover was hard to remove due to locking tabs on it being bent by basket hitting against it. Suspension rod bushing, and locking clip got damaged, tub ring cover is also off shape. Suspension rod kit, and tub ring need to be replaced. Customer does not want unit to be repaired due to it being at her home for less than a week. Customer will contact the purchasing dealer to set up an exchange."
