"Units drum making a banging sound as it tumbled. Checked blower wheel housing for anything stuck in there, housing checked fine. Rotated drum by hand, felt the drum come down into place on the support rollers. Ran a couple of cycles, the unit is no longer noisy."

Every ignitor keeps clicking keeps clicking once the valve is turned on. Found the hot and neutral line are reversed at the outlet. . Plugged into a grounded polarized outlet and the unit worked as designed. Customer will have the power corrected.

Fixed for fcc- found the appliance not heating- checked for voltage at block terminal 240v- removed back panel and test thermal cut off and found it to be open- removed bad one and then installed new one ( cutt off) tested the appliance is now heating as designed- good air flow- runs quiet- customer ok repair
