Found the user interface not responding. I removed the user interface and disconnected from main control. That started a check on the machine from the control. The drain pump turned and then turned off signifying the control is responding. I reinstalled the user interface and all functions were restored. Ran a diagnostic cycle and no error codes stored. Ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions tested properly. Job completed.
