"Customers concern is loud noise, when she touches cabinet or open door the sound stops. Upon beginning inspection I pulled unit out and started to hear vibration noise coming from suction line and condenser. Customer said that was the same noise but it gets louder. I went ahead and found suction line insulation out of palace so I re attached it and bent condenser line a bit to where it does not rub on cabinet. Unit is working as intended, noise issue"
