"Customer stated that unit would shut off after 2 minutes running, per Techline if articles being dried in the drum are not constantly rubbing against the moisture sensor then the dryer will start cool down cycle, this is due to the fact that the washer cannot match what the dryer is capable of drying, in other words 2 wash cycles equal 1 dryer load if customer is wanting to depend on the moisture sensor to operate correctly, if drying one load of wash timed dry is recommended for use. Per techline all other cycles work in sync with the moisture sensor other than the timed dry cycle. Ran the timed dry cycle for 5 minutes and showed the customer that the dryer is operating as it is designed."

Unit making noise during spin. I found that the customers floor drain pan is broken and loose causing noise while tub is spinning hitting it around. I instructed customer the pan should be replaced and feet on washer lifted up so it doesnt happen again. Washer tests good. Collected for trip.
