This is causing excessive heat in the unit and the thermostats are killing the flame for safety. I checked the customer cooktop and verified that this is the case. Disassembled unit and found the fuse was open. Checked door switches and other components for shorts that might cause this fuse to open. Microbe had no shorts. Removed front panel and reset the ribbon strip for the UI because the customer said three buttons (in a cluster) did not work. Found the unit now has full functionality . Tested unit several times and found it working as designed.
