"No leaks are present, ran bulky items cycle and allowed tub to fill then drained tub, noticed water marks running under the dryer towards under the washer leading from the drain stand pipe, there was duct tape sealing the top of the standpipe covering the drain hose , opened the tape to allow an air gap, also noticed calcium stains running along the standpipe indicating that the drain is backing up. Was not able to duplicate any water backup after allowing an air gap at the top of the standpipe. Customer will notify if he needs a follow up visit. Unit is functioning as designed"

Customer stated that the unit is making noise in the spin cycle. Per customers video can confirm sound. Checked unit for error codes unit has no codes. Ran unit through diagnostics and found no noise. Ran unit with a load of towels and then spun out no issues no irregular noise. Customer to switch drain pan and load unit differently. Tested all works good at this time.
