"File # 7730446207. Called techline. Updated them on all repairs done so far. They informed me that this is a known issue that engineering is trying to address currently. Apparently, items on the top shelf are interfering with the sensors temp readings and causing the refrigerator to cool more than necessary. I let the customer know this info before I left as a possible short term fix. Techline had a few more thing for me to check today. Current temperatures, settings, and sensor resistance. Customer has temp set to 41°. 34° inside refrigerator. Resistance on refrigerator sensor was 6.7 ohms. According to techline, this reading does not indicate any issues with sensor. Inspected unit for anymore bad seals around icebox and found none. Inspected vents from freezer and found nothing amiss. Freezer temp was consistently at 0° to 2°. At this time there is no repair for the unit. Techline has no more suggestions to correct the temperature issue. And engineering is investigating the issue with no ETA on a fix. Im having the customer contact customer care to discuss their options."

I would have to make sure that the polarity and ground is correct first cannot replace parts if electrical to product is correctly polarized and grounded.
