"RC evaporator was not frozen over, did notice that the evaporator fan was not running, customer stated that they havent heard the fan running at all, Checked thermistor readings at the board, RC and FC evaporator thermistors are reading normal 4.2 ohms (Rc) and 24 ohms(fc). Cabinet thermistors 8 ohms (RC) and 11.9 (fc), when power was recycled a relay on the control board kept clicking. Then would stop, verified in diagnostics that the freezer and refrigerator fans are functioning and the diffuser is functioning also. Service pointer repair was performed in 10/19, I did notice that the tape attached to the control board cover was not broken and seemed to be untouched. Also control board previously does not show in the parts lookup or showing that the old number subs to the current number. Going to advise customer to contact customer service and request a concession to have the service pointer addressed."
