"Verified that fans are running normal in diagnostics, customer states that the noise occurs at only a certain part of the day while the refrigerator is running, was not able to duplicate the noise but customer did state that when the noise starts it sounds like the motor is having a hard time to start spinning, advised customer that if it occurs again have the doors open and hold down the switches to try to pinpoint what location the noise is occurring.
