"The customer reports a loud metallic noise as the unit is in the final spin cycle. Calibrated the machine, ran a drain and spin cycle, the unit started moving excessively, noise coming from behind. Found the unit was not leveled properly, it would rock side to side very easily, the water hoses were resting directly onto the machines rear cover, creating a lot of noise as the unit would shake during the spin cycle.
