"F9E2 F8E4 called techline File 7734220968. Tech line had me make adjustments to the leveling of the unit. The unit is now leaning back so that less water can escape the bottom of the tub and into the float switch trough. Also, I adjusted the amount of rinse aid being used per cycle. When running the unit without soap I had some suds inside. This is indicating detergent build up and/or too much rinseaide. Tech line also had me instruct customer on proper usage. "Upon arrival, I found that the unit was accumulating frost around the damper on the refrigerator side. This was caused by air leaks around the refrigerator door gasket. I used a heat gun to relax the gasket and reshape it to fix all of the leaks. No more leaks present after service. This should fix the entire frost issue. Job complete."

"Customer concerned with vibration sound while running and a flap shutting sound. Customer also stated that they smell an odor that was described as wet dog. I ran unit and verified that the vibration sound was the upper interlock switch not making full contact which also will cause heating issue. I removed control panel and verified proper operation of upper and lower interlocks. Instruct customer to make sure to close door firmly. I verified that the flap sound inside venting is normal as the blower turns off and on. As for the odor, I was unable to verify the odor and didnt see signs of failure inside cavity."

Removed drawer and found some loose bolts along the body. Tightened down the bolts underneath the frame and locked legs in place. #3590 gate code. On arrival door not closing properly.. unit had slipped off flooring on right side. 1/2 drop from kitchen flooring to foundation that unit is sitting on.
