Afterwards I was able to start a load. I plugged in with the GE service tool and found that we were having a pressure sensor issue. I found the pressure hose disconnected from the board. After fixing this, the pressure sensor is now working. The control also had an update available. Did update and now unit is operating without issue."

Customer stated that the fan motor is loud. Found debris in fan motor from installation. When clearing debris the vent was not installed correctly and the u it is not secured by mounting bolts but screws through the side of the cabinet. Install is not as intended and customer to contact installers to correct.
