Found the customer showed me a video of the entire refrigerator turning off and on. I entered diagnostic and verified heater operation and bi metal state and it was closed so the heater functioning just fine. I ran all dc components individually and none of them turned the unit off. Possibly a loose connection at control so I accessed the connection and made sure all connections were inserted properly. I wiggled the power code and the unit stayed on consistently. Set unit to 8 hour defrost cycle for better defrosting. All tested ok after repair. Job completed.
