Cx complaint unit is not heating. Tested unit. Passed heat. Cx used normal and hi temp. does not use heat dry Cx used unit 2 - 3 times a day for small sipping cups for kids. Mostly Plastic. Cx instruct on use and care. Ran test no errors. Cx unit needs to be ran with heat dry. To dry. Cx aware. Tested now working properly Job complete
