JB Out 12/6/22. Customer states unit is making ice cubes but icemaker filter drips water down and freezes ice cubes in a storage container together. Upon arrival removed a storage bin and emptied out ice cubes. Further inspection revealed icemaker filter not fully extended into the icemaker filter cup allowing water to dribble out the back and down into the storage bin. "The customer reports there are a couple of sounds the unit is making. One is a rattling sound,and the other a clanking sound.
