A lot of suds inside the tub, inquired on which dishwasher detergent they were using, they advised they havent bought any, and dont know what was used because the person that ran the unit is not home. Instructed the customer to purchase dishwasher detergent, and rinse aid. Not to use regular dish soap because it suds too much, and it leads to the unit leaking through the door. Unable to reproduce any leaks. The unit is working as designed."

Found the compressor staying on so no leak from what I can see. I believe I didnt charge it fully from last repair. Refrigerator temp at 38 but freezer at 12. I evacuated the refrigerant and vacuumed out the system and recharged to 4.65 oz 134a. Compressor staying on after repair. It will take 25 hours to get back to normal temps.

"CX says the unit is not spinning clothes out still damp. Says makes a odd sound No error codes in the unit. Test passed. Called techline. Cris-TECHLINE prior issue of noise complaint is out of range of the issue. Says slippage in the pulley, possibly. Drive pulley and belt replace. (7734064707). Followed techline recommendation, replaced belt and cam assembly. Test spin and agitate, good. DLMS CYCLE, passed. All ops normal. ; used 1 W11239857 (Belt), and 1 W10721967 (CAM) from stock"

"Found that the exhaust opening outside the house is only about 3 to 4 inches wide, also noticed that the flapper gets caught against the housing. Advised customer to change the outside exhaust vent to allow more air to pass thru, the flapper getting stuck will disrupt the air flow and cause the dryer to throw an air flow code. Dryer is functioning as designed"

Found the unit has a different problem this time. The problem this time is the capacitor was installed not to well from the factory so it was rubbing against the gearcase and put a hole in it. I replaced the capacitor and actuator and recalibrated the unit. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed. ; used 1 W11158830 (Capacitor) from stock
